Pick Up for Business is a bespoke maintenance service designed for companies that want to provide the best for their employees. With our annual plan, commuter bikes stay safe, reliable, and always ready to ride—without employees losing valuable time taking their bikes to a workshop.
Forget the hassle of drop-offs, pickups, and long waiting times. While your employees work, we take care of their bikes on-site so that by the end of their shift, they are ready to hit the road!

What’s Included?
With Pick Up for Business, your employees get two services per year, specifically designed for commuters. We focus on the key components that matter most for daily riders, ensuring their bikes are always safe, smooth, and ready to go—without them losing any time.
Tyre check & inflation – Adjusted to the correct pressure for optimal performance. Wheel truing & spoke tension adjustment – Keeping your ride stable and smooth. Brake check & adjustment – Including pad inspection and alignment. Gear cable inspection & adjustment – Ensuring smooth and precise shifting. Pedal & crankset check – Tightened and adjusted for efficiency. Front & rear derailleur tuning & lubrication – Optimizing gear performance. Headset adjustment & full service (once per year) – Ensuring smooth and responsive handling. Saddle lubrication & bolt tightening – Enhancing comfort and durability. Full bolt check & tightening – Ensuring all components are secure. Brake bleed (once per year)– For consistent braking power.
Gear cable replacement if needed – Cables & housing included. Free labor for fitting chains, cassettes, & brake pads – You only pay for the parts. Chain lubrication – Keeping the drivetrain running smoothly. Basic wipe-down – Removing dust and light dirt buildup. On-site service at your workplace – Hassle-free maintenance while you work.
✅ Service report after each session – A detailed document listing everything done to your bike, so you always have a record of past maintenance.
What’s NOT included?
❌ Replacement parts such as chains, brake pads, and cassettes (can be supplied at an additional cost).
❌ Major repairs like bottom bracket replacement, wheel re-spoking, or bar tape wrapping (discounts available for Pick Up for Business members).
